As South Australia enjoys a surge in the number of high-tech start-ups in the state, TechInSA presents an Entrepreneur’s Week event on innovation and entrepreneurship, with insights into the highs and lows.

Join us at the next Hi-Tech & Connect event for a facilitated panel discussion followed by networking and hear from three people who are crafting the future of the innovation ecosystem in South Australia.

The event is part of Entrepreneur’s Week 2017.


Mark Aiston (Media Insider)
Former sports journalist, presenter and breakfast radio host on FIVEaa, Mark is an expert interviewer and facilitator. Mark also runs media training agency, Media Insider.


Dr Michelle Perugini (Life Whisperer, Presagen)
Michelle is an entrepreneur, academic and an internationally renowned expert in health, medical research, advanced analytics, and cognitive AI.

Tom Hajdu (Disrupter, Tomandandy, State Chief Innovator)
South Australian Government’s Chief Innovator, Tom Hajdu is also CEO of Strategic Innovation Incubator, Disrupter, and Music production company, Tomandandy.

Kristian is a strategic and performance focused entrepreneur and innovator.  He directs, advises, chairs and innovates several successful organisations. His experience encompasses obstacles, victories, success, failure and renewal.

The session will be chaired by Joe Thorp, Chief Executive, TechInSA.

Chief Executive of TechInSA, Joe is an award winning CEO operating across manufacturing, international distribution, mining services, health, education, HVAC and energy industries in Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the US. He is the former CEO of Hoshizaki Lancer.
